Commissions For Your Sales Team

 We create our flower shop commission sheets to incentivize our customer service staff to help to grow our sales. Each sales goal is based on a 10% growth in our average order value from the same month of the previous year. Yes, we update our commission goals every month! Using our sales data, we pull the monthly average order value (AOV) and set goals for each of our popular sales types to give a commission on each order sold that's 10% or more over our AOV, increasing the dollar value that customer service reps earn the further they move over that 10% growth mark. These are custom for each location as each market holds different AOVs and change monthly to accommodate for seasonal spending changes.
